The Christian Heritage Home School Convention!

This past weekend our family woke up at 4:20 AM and drove to The Christian Heritage Home School Convention in Redmond Washington. We had wonderful time listening to all the different speakers: Mr. Voddie Baucham, Mr. Scott Brown & Mrs. Deborah Brown, Mrs. Kelly Bradrick, Mr. Mike Riddle, & Mr. Steve Riddell. We hope you enjoy all the pictures which we took!

Here is the screen which was behind the keynote speaker. I had to edit it a little bit since the room was so dark...
Daddy found a small playground so De-De played with Judah during one of the breaks. Judah was such a trooper! :)

Bethany checks out the CD table. Needless to say, we bought many of the CDs & Jordan has already been listening to one of them which he missed hearing at the conference.

Bethany takes a delightful break~

Our darling De-De smiles for a picture~

Judah found some time to take a needed nap!

While we talked with Mrs. Deborah Brown, Judah met Triumph Bradrick~

It was nice to meet up again with Blair Brown whom I last met at the VF Father Daughter Retreat last year in Georgia.~

On Saturday evening the Wilson Family invited our family over to their suite for a potluck dinner! We enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowshipping with their family.

Robert reading Judah a book about Cowboy Gid~

The Wilsons introduced us to "The Viking Game"~

Down to only two players- quite a challenge!

Two rowers & one Viking... Judah checked in on the game and now that we are back home he willingly plays it constantly~

Ian being the Viking~

Here's a funny sign that one of the boys found...
The question remains: Which bell? & Why after dark?

Here's a random picture of the door to our suite...

Just before we left on Sunday morning Bethany & Eden posted a few handwritten tracts in the hotel room. The rest of our family prayed that whoever saw them would be blessed by them.

Jordan smiled into the mirror for the camera- LOL!

After making sure we didn't leave anything behind we all climbed into our car and headed back home~

Bethany Rose~

Now we are back home on our farm thanking the Lord for each new day He brings into our lives!

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! -Isaiah 52:7
