Bethany Rose

Today we thought it would be nice to introduce you to our second daughter, Bethany Rose. Bethany is almost 14 years old. She is a great blessing to our family! Since she loves the "great outdoors", Bethany can be found on a nice day out in the forest reading her Bible and praying, making walking sticks, or having fun playing "indian dress up"... or enjoying a good game of "hide and go seek". She is always ready to help her mother when it comes to babysitting her baby brother! She is a great help in the kitchen too! Thank You, Lord, for Bethany Rose!

Food Preservation 101

Here we see Eden preparing the grapes we "found" growing in an overgrown vineyard on our property.
Now, Eden puts the cleaned grapes into the fruit dehydrater to dry them until they are raisins.
Many grapes are ready to be dehydrated.
Voila'!! The finished product! We thank our LORD for His goodness in providing healthy food for us to eat!

A Visit With Mr. and Mrs. Dave Hunt

Recently, our family was blessed with the opportunity to visit with Dave and Ruth Hunt. Dave Hunt is a best selling author and internationally esteemed researcher, lecturer and scholar. He has written many excellent books that our family has read over the years. These books have helped to strengthen our commitment to Jesus Christ and to understand many of the current events that are happening in our world today. What a blessing it is to know this dear Christian couple!

Jordan's Body Worlds 3 Birthday

Our first born son, Jordan William, turned 12 years old this week. When asked to choose where he would like to spend his birthday, he excitedly told us that he wanted to go to "Body Worlds 3"... so... off to OMSI we went to see the "fearfully and wonderfully" created human body. Happy Birthday, Jordan!! Take good care of the body that the Lord has given you!

Autumn Equinox

Today the girls balanced a chicken egg on end in honor of the Autumn Equinox. I think they were supposed to be doing dishes.... hmmm.....

Judah Philip Turns 1!!

How blessed we are to announce the birthday of our precious little boy, Judah! His first year of life was a little bit "different" than our other children.... having endured three hospital visits and numerous doctor visits.... but the LORD has shown Himself so faithful to our family this past year and Judah is presently doing very well! We appreciate so many people praying for him all over the United States!! Thank you! Here is his birthday picture with his Mommy.
