Havilah's Guessing Contest

Ta-da!!  Two days later....  probably somewhere around 2 hours in all (all depending on speed).....  I finished Havilah's hair! :D  Whew!  I'm so glad to be done and hope it lasts forever.  :)

So, for the ladies who read this blog...  and like to do their sisters' hair~ here's a guessing contest.  How many individual twists does Havilah have in her hair?  Here's a hint- she has more then 20 and less then 90.  Leave your guess in the comment section.

Family Chimes

After church at WPC we went over to the VanGelder's house for a time of fellowship. Towards the end of the evening, we learned how to play the chimes. They are a very interesting sort of instrument, but perfect for a large family that all want to play music together!! Here are some pictures that Mommy took on her iPhone of everyone playing. I can't remember everyone's names- so..... enjoy the pictures without any words. :)

O Come All Ye Faithful

Okay, so Christmas is over, but I'm still calling all the faithful!  Each year we ask all our blog followers, looker-at-ers, and stalkers to comment and tell us who they are and how they found our blog.  We enjoy hearing from each one of you!  This is our 4th annual blog post dedicated to this tradition.  Come participate and let us know who you are!

Yes, there is more than one reason I titled this blog post "O Come All Ye Faithful".  Last December, we were asked to sing this number at a Christmas gospel sing.  We had a lot of fun putting it together and performing it.  Plus, it was great to see our vocal coach Mr. C again!
